We wanted to celebrate the music of integral Samurai family member Last Life by revisiting his Samurai contributions with remixes from artists Mauro saw as best candidates for adding a new perception. The first in this 2 part series enlists two fellow Samurai Music family members and titans of the Techno / wider electronic musical sphere – Donato Dozzy & Reeko. Donato flips Hidden into a driving 4/4 170 terse wind out, while Reeko rebuilds Tensor into a serpent-like groove around a thunderous kick.
